End of Comment Period on BPD's Proposed Final Transportation Policies and Procedures

BPD, the Parties, and the Monitoring Team will post the Proposed Final Policies on transportation on its website and provide affirmative, intensive opportunities for both the public and BPD officers to comment on the Proposed Final Policies.
