BPD shall consider whether any further revisions are appropriate in light of public and officer feedback received in the Comment Period. BPD will either submit Final First Amendment Protected Activities Policies or notify the Parties and Monitoring Team as to whether resumption of the Collaboration Period is necessary or desired.
