BPD, the Parties, and the Monitoring Team will convene a meeting or series of meetings or informal focus groups with a representative group of sworn personnel from across the Department – representing a variety of ranks, levels of seniority, and geographic assignment – to discuss currently-available officer wellness resources generally and potentially desired or useful protocols and resources for officers (1) following a traumatic incident, and (2) during officer deployments during public demonstration or civil unrest.
