BPD will provide the Parties and Monitoring Team either with the current use of force reporting instrument and/or access to the current use of force reporting system or, alternatively, the currently proposed use of force report or reporting system (the "Use of Force Reporting Mechanism/System"). The reporting mechanism or system should comply with the requirements of paragraph 213 and provide necessary information required by the Final Officer Use of Force Policies.
