BPD will submit a Draft Resource Study. The objective of the Resource Study will be to accurately and comprehensively detail the current state of BPD's equipment, technology, and information infrastructure. Among other things, the Resource Study must: (1) specifically identifies all the end-user and back-end data, technology, information systems, and equipment that relate to any requirement of the Consent Decree, including but not limited to paragraph 270; (2) sufficiently and specifically describes the current state, use, condition, and availability of all such equipment and technology (both overall and broken down by District and Unit); (3) describes BPD's current processes for identifying technology and equipment needs, procuring new technology and equipment, and implementing new technology and equipment platforms.
