BPD, the Parties, the Monitoring Team, and "community organizations with particular expertise and/or insight into issues affecting Youth, academics, and Youth advocates" will convene to determine a process and timeline for completing "a report publicizing the results of its assessment and making recommendations to improve the City's supports for Youth and its diversion programs" (the "Comprehensive Youth-Criminal Justice Interactions Assessment Process & Timeline").
