BPD will seek to expand the membership of the Collaborative Planning and Implementation Committee (“CPIC”) to include representatives from the community listed in the Consent Decree as well any other representatives that might be helpful to accomplish the tasks identified in the Consent Decree. The committee "will also include the Crisis Intervention Coordinator and Behavioral Health Services Baltimore." BPD will submit a list of expanded membership of the Collaborative Planning and Implementation Committee (“CPIC”).
